Incedo is seeking an experienced .NET Lead with strong expertise in AWS and Angular within the financial domain to join their growing technology team. The role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of modern cloud-based applications, mentoring technical teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive project delivery and modernization efforts.

Responsibilities
Design and develop modern cloud-based applications using AWS, .NET Core, and Angular
Lead and mentor technical teams while driving project delivery
Work closely with DevOps teams to build and maintain deployment pipelines
Collaborate with stakeholders and clearly articulate architecture decisions
Drive modernization efforts and explain legacy vs modern architectures (Monolithic vs Microservices)
Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices through code reviews and mentoring
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall system design
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in .NET, AWS, and Angular
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
8+ years of experience in application development
Strong expertise in .NET technologies (.NET Core, ASP.NET, C#)
Proven leadership and project management skills
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (DynamoDB, S3, EC2, Lambda, etc.)
Proficiency in Angular and related front-end technologies
Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with microservices architecture and design patterns
Preferred
Experience in the financial domain is a plus
