Product Owner, Workday Security
Talent Groups is seeking a Product Owner to refine and guide the product backlog for Scrum Teams. The role involves partnering with customers and the Product Management team to ensure business requirements are met and that the team is performing optimally.
Responsibilities
Refine and guide the product backlog for the Scrum Team(s)
Be a partner with our customers to ensure we are delivering value for them
Partnering with the Product Management team to steer our product roadmaps
Ensure the business requirements are met
Partner to ensure team commitments are achievable
Ensure team is performing optimally
Communication and collaboration are key to this role
Qualification
Required
5+ years in an agile delivery framework, or requirement development or Product Owner role
Experience with cloud-based HCM system (i.e. Success Factors)
Experience with, and strong understanding of Product Ownership for Agile Scrum Teams
Proven ability to analyze complex cross functional business process and defining integrated user stories using industry standard techniques
Proven ability to manage dependencies and shifting priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, tailoring to audiences
Excellent critical thinking skills and demonstrated ability to proactively manage stakeholder expectations
Understanding of agile methodology, techniques, and agile tools (such as Jira and Confluence)
Ability to work in distributed teams and develop multi-level relationships
Preferred
Experience working as part of an Agile Release Train in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Experience implementing Workday HCM system
