Responsibilities

Complete trade confirmation and execute on lifecycle events associated with derivatives trading

Execute daily margin calls, instruct and confirm settlement of collateral, analyze, research, and resolve margin call and collateral variances with broker-dealers and custodian banks

Provide reporting to key internal and external business partners

Advance problems which could have a potential impact on daily operations

Assist in the development and review for new and/or changes to departmental policies and procedures

Test and automate processes and workflows in a constantly evolving environment

Required

Four-year college degree in business or finance

1-3 years of financial services work experience preferred

Your collateral management and/or middle office experience

A multi-tasker with effective interpersonal skills

Attention to detail in following procedures & controls to ensure accurate and timely work

The ability to work in a small, tight-knit team daily to share responsibilities

Ability to recognize and escalate high-risk items to minimize loss to either the shareholder and/or Fidelity

Innovation to come up with operational improvements

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (such as Word or Excel), and the ability to train on and work with different operating systems

Completing trade confirmations and executing on lifecycle events associated with derivatives trading
