Responsibilities

Design and develop responsive websites, landing pages, and UI components that reflect brand guidelines and optimize user experience

Implement tracking parameters to measure website performance and conversion metrics

Create optimized graphics, icons, and imagery for web use; ensure images meet accessibility requirements and performance standards

Conduct usability reviews, A/B tests, and implement improvements based on analytics and feedback

Implement SEO/GEO best practices, including semantic HTML, structured data markup, optimized page speed, and mobile-first design

Maintain cohesive visual identity across all digital touchpoints

Required

3+ years designing and developing user-friendly web platforms

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design tools

Strong HTML/CSS skills with the ability to implement responsive designs in CMS platforms

Understanding of technical SEO, including schema markup, structured data, and optimization for search engines and AI crawlers

Experience implementing analytics tracking (Google Analytics, GTM, or similar) and iterating to optimize performance

Hands-on experience building and customizing sites in WordPress, HubSpot, or similar CMS platforms

Demonstrated application of UX/UI best practices and WCAG accessibility standards

Portfolio demonstrating responsive web design and development work, including live site examples

Experience managing web projects simultaneously in a fast-paced marketing environment

Comfortable working independently to troubleshoot technical issues and propose design solutions

Detail-oriented with ability to maintain design systems and technical documentation; comfortable presenting work to stakeholders
