Operations Technician

Intelliguard is a fast-growing healthcare technology company that is redefining how hospitals manage critical medications. The Hardware Operations Technician will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory, timely fulfillment of consumables, and smooth shipping/receiving operations while assisting with light product assembly.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain financial models and scenario analyses to guide planning and strategic initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to assist in the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts and long-range plans
Analyze revenue, expenses, margin, and key performance indicators to provide actionable insights
Provide variance analysis and insight into key drivers affecting financial performance
Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business decisions, including pricing, profitability, and investment evaluations
Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure spending is aligned with financial targets and growth objectives
Participate in ad hoc projects, including pricing analysis, ROI evaluations, and cost optimization initiatives
Prepare and deliver detailed financial reports, dashboards, and executive summaries, providing clear, data-backed insights and actionable recommendations to reduce costs and support strategic growth initiatives
Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, reporting, and systems
Support automation and process improvements to streamline reporting and analysis
Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial transactions for accuracy and completeness
Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis
Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
Support audit preparation, including internal and external audit requests, documentation, and account reconciliations

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred
4–8 years of relevant experience in accounting, FP&A, or financial analysis
Strong expertise in GAAP, accounting principles, and financial reporting
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP/financial systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Strong communication skills, capable of presenting financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
