Vice President, Representations & Warranties Broker

Aon is looking for a Vice President, Representations & Warranties to support their Reps & Warranties team. In this role, you will lead junior brokers in deal execution and develop relationships with clients and carrier partners while delivering innovative solutions in transaction liability insurance products.

Support team in long-term projects passionate about key critical initiatives
Prepare analyses for private equity and corporate clients and insurance carrier meetings, as well as internal team meetings
Develop relationships within the TS team and wider Aon, as well as developing trust and confidence with clients as well as carrier partners

Required

Partner with & lead junior brokers in all facets of deal execution from initial client intake through the transaction's signing/closing
Support team in long-term projects passionate about key critical initiatives
Prepare analyses for private equity and corporate clients and insurance carrier meetings, as well as internal team meetings
Develop relationships within the TS team and wider Aon, as well as developing trust and confidence with clients as well as carrier partners
Prior Finance, Accounting, or Data Analytics Coursework or Internship Experience
Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work collaboratively as a key member of a team and independently with minimal direction
Effective presentation, reporting and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multi-task
Ability to attain a Broker's License in first year of employment
BS or equivalent experience required (degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science or related field preferred)
Juris Doctorate degree
