Senior Recruiter

They are seeking a motivated seasoned Senior Recruiter to lead full cycle recruiting efforts, partnering closely with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and ensuring a strong candidate experience.

Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-level to senior-level roles, from intake to offer
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, key job specifications, team needs, and hiring priorities
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to build Interview questions catered to each position based on specific criteria provided
Develop and execute recruiting strategies optimizing job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications
Assess candidate soft skills, alignment with Core Values, and Culture fit of the organization
Coordinate and lead interview processes partnering withSourcers, including scheduling and feedback collection
Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ADP) and ensure compliance with hiring policies
Support employer branding efforts and represent the company at career events or networking opportunities
Mentor and support junior recruiters or recruiting coordinators as needed
Ensure candidates are dispositioned weekly, and letters are being sent out on a weekly basis
Effectively answer incoming candidate calls, routing to appropriate recruiters, and providing necessary feedback based on where the candidate is in the recruiting process
Utilize tracking tools to maintain accurate and up to date records of daily recruitment activities
Maintain the strictest level of confidentiality with organizational information
Maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, and other designations
Partner with TA Supervisor and/or HR Manager to discuss potential offer details
Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations of the employer
Qualification
Required
5 to 7 years of full cycle recruiting experience
Proven experience recruiting for senior, technical, or hard-to-fill roles
Knowledge of employment laws and fair hiring practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and improve hiring outcomes
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and MacOS systems
Able to type 45 WPM or more
English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Proper phone etiquette
Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resource or related field
Must have at least 5 -7 years of full cycle recruiting experience
Proven experience as a recruiter with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
