Responsibilities
Manage daily service requests, including certificates, endorsements, policy downloads, policy reviews, and renewals
Handle 30-50 client emails per day, ensuring timely and accurate responses
Conduct client-facing interactions through virtual meetings, email, and phone
Collaborate with Account Executives to share responsibilities, including analytical work and claims management
Quote new and renewal business as needed
Utilize AMS360 software for policy management and documentation
Qualification
Required
Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
3-5+ years of commercial lines experience in an agency setting
Experience handling accounts valued at $50,000 and above, particularly in contractors/construction and real estate sectors
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Client-focused with excellent interpersonal skills
Candidates should be patient and committed to excelling in this role for at least three years before pursuing managerial opportunities

Familiarity with AMS360 software
