Responsibilities

Assist one of its global, publicly traded company clients
Conduct workplace investigations under Anti-Harassment and Anti-Discrimination company policies
Review relevant documentation
Develop investigation plans
Interview employees
Draft reports of investigations
Debrief employees on the results of their investigations

Qualification

EEOC litigation experienceWorkplace investigationsCommunication skillsEmpathyTeamworkTrustworthiness

Required

At least three (3) years of experience handling EEOC litigation and workplace investigations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Trustworthy, empathetic, and strong communication skills
Outstanding references

Preferred

Prior experience working at a national law firm, sophisticated boutique firm, or a publicly-traded company
