Responsibilities
Support the growing practice of a boutique law firm serving real estate developers, investors, and entrepreneurial businesses nationwide
Reviewing, negotiating, and drafting real estate transaction documents, including PSAs, loan agreements, joint venture agreements, leases, and related agreements
Support clients in an outside general counsel or business advisor capacity
Work independently and manage matters efficiently in a remote environment
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience practicing as an attorney handling real estate and/or corporate transactional matters
Experience reviewing, negotiating, and drafting real estate transaction documents, including PSAs, loan agreements, joint venture agreements, leases, and related agreements
Ability to support clients in an outside general counsel or business advisor capacity
Comfortable working independently and managing matters efficiently in a remote environment
Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Outstanding professional references
Preferred
Prior in-house experience strongly preferred; law firm experience welcome
