HR Operations Manager

Responsibilities
HR Business Partnership: Align HR strategies with operational goals, collaborating with leaders in operations, safety, and supply chain to boost productivity and engagement
Employee Relations & Labor Strategy: Lead investigations, manage grievances, and foster a positive work culture. Navigate both unionized and non-unionized environments effectively
Talent Management & Workforce Planning: Partner with Talent Acquisition to streamline recruiting efforts, oversee onboarding, and support performance management
Compliance, Policies & HR Operations: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, and act as a resource for HR policies and procedures
Change Management & Culture: Drive organizational change initiatives and promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
7 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or operations
Expertise in employee relations and a strong understanding of employment law
Experience with union environments or union avoidance strategies
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
