Program Manager - Yeutter Institute of International Trade and Finance

Responsibilities
Leads and organizes new initiatives with the Yeutter Institute director, faculty chairs, and strategic stakeholders
Conducts independent research on international trade and finance and related areas in support of institute programs and research projects
Develops and implements experiential learning opportunities for students, managing programs, administering awards and developing potential study abroad opportunities
Advises students on the international trade minor
Assists the Yeutter Institute director with programming, strategy development, and project management support
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, International Relations, Political Science, Business, Economics, or a related field, and at least two years of relevant experience
Master's degree in Agriculture, International Relations, Political Science, Business, Economics, or a related field
An equivalent combination of education and experience that provides comparable knowledge and skills may also be considered
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as a member of a team
Experience must demonstrate excellent writing skills and oral communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, and ability to multitask with attention to detail
Interest in working with university students
Strong desire to learn about international trade and related topics
Preferred
Demonstrated interest in an interdisciplinary program
Experience working with university students
Prefer a self-starter bringing creative problem-solving skills to the job of helping grow an interdisciplinary institute
