Responsibilities
Provide processing of SAP transactions involving invoicing, shipping, and inventory
Generate PO’s and Orders for the Biwabik, MN and Ishpeming, WI locations
Answer incoming customer calls for orders
Schedule and assembles paperwork for deliveries
Order and track inventory and office supplies
Maintain DOT Driver Call-in log
Collect and send driver 100 mile radius and monthly driving sheets
Collect and send Daily Trip Reports
Compile information for reports
Assist Account Managers
Ensure compliance with SAP/daily processing requirements
Assist in the continuous improvement of information and processes required to perform quality service
Qualification
Required
Associates degree or equivalent
4+ years working experience (maybe substituted for some required education)
Experience with Invoicing, Bill of Lading, Inventory, Vendor Interaction
ERP systems knowledge (SAP)
Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player
