Pomvom is a global leader in photography and videography solutions, seeking a Retail Photo Operations Manager to oversee their operations at LEGOLAND Florida. The role involves leading a team to maximize revenue and deliver exceptional guest experiences while managing multiple photo locations within the resort.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of Pomvom’s photo and video services across LEGOLAND Florida Resort

Lead, supervise, and inspire a team of 30+ staff to hit sales goals, deliver exceptional guest service, and drive overall performance

Manage multiple photo locations throughout the resort, ensuring top-notch service and smooth day-to-day operations

Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective team leadership, operational excellence and positive/productive partnerships

Have fun working in an outdoor, family-friendly setting while being part of the iconic LEGOLAND experience! This is a hands-on leadership role, with working on weekends and during the holidays required

Enthusiastic about bringing your leadership and customer service expertise to a vibrant and creative team

Authorized to work in the US (We use Everify)

3-5 years solid Retail Management Experience (prefer store manager level experience)

Able to work year-round: days, evenings, weekends, holidays as needed to accommodate the location and business needs
