Responsibilities
Providing Level 2 support for Ubuntu-based hardware, weight scales, Cubiscan, and other tech systems
Offering first-level support for Amazon WMS, Auto Sorter, and Green Grass servers
Diagnosing and resolving system issues—software, mechanical, electrical, or connectivity-related
Coordinating with Amazon and external suppliers to resolve incidents and minimize downtime
Acting as a subject matter expert during new project implementations and daily operations
Training warehouse operators on automation systems and best practices
Monitoring system performance and recommending improvements
Documenting incidents, configurations, and maintenance activities
Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards
Supporting integration testing during commissioning phases with Amazon WMS
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in information systems or IT, or equivalent technical training
2+ years of experience supporting Amazon WMS and automation systems (Auto Sorter, Green Grass, Ubuntu)
Strong knowledge of Ubuntu/Linux systems and warehouse hardware (scales, label printers, RF guns, Cubiscan)
Familiarity with warehouse automation (sorters, conveyors) and system integration
Excellent troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and software domains
Ability to read technical schematics and diagrams
Strong communication skills for training and coordination
A can-do attitude, eagerness to learn, and methodical approach to problem-solving
Willingness to provide on-call support during critical periods
