This role involves maintaining litigation matter files, assisting with discovery processes, and supporting litigation budgeting and invoice processing.

Responsibilities
Maintain litigation matter files and SharePoint workspaces
Save and organize pleadings, filings, and discovery, including working with outside counsel on missing or incomplete filings
Assist with discovery, including document collection, review, and production within Relativity
Update litigation calendars, trackers, and monthly reporting materials
Support expert management, including conflict checks, tracking, and documentation
Support litigation budgeting, invoice processing, and status tracking
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience supporting U.S. litigation (IP litigation preferred)
Experience with document collection, review, and discovery processes; Relativity experience strongly preferred
Strong proficiency with SharePoint and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with litigation processes, pleadings, dockets, and deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable supporting varied workstreams
