Home Health Business Development Liaison
Capitol Home Health is a family-owned and operated healthcare agency serving Central Texas. The Business Development Liaison is responsible for developing new referral sources and maintaining relationships to promote the agency throughout the healthcare community, ultimately increasing patient census.

Developing new referral sources

Consistently promoting CHH throughout the healthcare community
Growing and maintaining a pipeline of patient referral sources to increase the agency's overall patient census
Qualification
Required
Graduate of an accredited college/university or minimum of two years' (2) experience in Home Health census development with pre-existing accounts already established
Excellent observation, verbal, and communication skills
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
Knowledge of CRM software
Knowledge of EMR (Kinnser/Wellsky) or must be willing and able to develop within the first four weeks of employment
