Senior LevelActivate Your Influence LLC is seeking an Authorized Conversate Peer Group Facilitator to lead Christian business leaders and executives in member-driven peer advisory groups. The role focuses on facilitating discussions that foster business growth, faith development, and leadership influence among group members.

Responsibilities
Lead monthly half-day meetings focused on business, faith, and influence
Utilize the Issues / Challenges / Opportunities (ICO) Framework to structure discussions and problem-solving (see appendix)
Foster group culture, ensuring a balance between faith, professional growth, and personal accountability
Leverage networking skills to grow and maintain a thriving peer group(s)
Identify high-caliber members (business owners, CEOs, key executives) who align with Conversate’s values and goals
Effectively communicate the value proposition of Conversate to potential members and get them plugged into a group
Serve as a guide, not a guru—helping members self-discover solutions through strategic questioning and shared wisdom
Build trust and camaraderie, ensuring all members feel honored, valued, and supported
Encourage authentic faith integration in business decision-making
Align facilitation approach with Conversate’s Mission Plan
Exemplify professionalism and excellence, creating a consistent experience across groups
Engage in ongoing development and training provided by Conversate
Qualification
Required
Must have led or grown teams in organizations, demonstrating a history of developing talent and fostering growth
A strong business development mindset with an extensive network of professional relationships
The ideal candidate should have an entrepreneurial spirit—tenacious about people, results-driven—but should not be a full-time entrepreneur launching independent ventures
Committed to aligning business and faith, facilitating conversations that integrate marketplace success with faith values
Proven ability to guide discussions, encourage participation, and ask powerful questions rather than dictate solutions
Must balance mentorship and guidance, acting as a shepherd to members without assuming a dominant or authoritative role
Conversate prioritizes people's development over rigid processes, requiring facilitators to be adaptable, relational, and intuitive in group dynamics
Must be skilled in recruiting and retaining members, growing a thriving peer group by attracting high-caliber leaders
Has a strong, well-connected professional network to help grow Conversate groups
Capable of navigating diverse personalities, resolving conflicts, and fostering a supportive group culture
Conversate facilitators must uphold a standard of professionalism and excellence while maintaining a personal touch with members
