Roots and Wings Inc. is seeking a part-time Program Assistant to support Project UpLift, a free after-school literacy program for students at Title I elementary schools. The role involves visiting classrooms, observing instruction, and evaluating tutors to ensure program quality.

Observe and evaluate tutors and curriculum implementation

Provide feedback to support high-quality literacy instruction

Qualification

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between school sites
