Claims Coordinator
RLS Logistics is a nationally recognized cold chain logistics provider offering various transportation and fulfillment services. The Claims Coordinator will manage the freight claims process, ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate reporting and resolution of claims.

Responsibilities
Manage the entire freight claims process
Complete all required reporting forms
Process all claims for and against RLS
Compile and report claim status updates
Manage all returns to the cross-dock facility
Coordinate customer dispositions of OS&D product, including trans-shippers and returns
Ensure total customer satisfaction
Maintain knowledge of claims rules and regulations
Meet performance metrics as outlined by management
Perform other duties as assigned—teamwork is essential to getting the job done
