Assisting the Manager of Social Services with admissions
Making discharge referrals
Contacting families and residents with admission information
Providing tours to families and residents
Fulfilling secretarial duties for the Social Services department
Completing DSS-3559 forms
Scheduling RCC meetings
Ordering office supplies
Maintaining Resident and Family Council minutes
Meeting with families and patients to complete admission packet
Demonstrating SPHCS Standards of Behavior
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
2-3 years' experience in customer service and administrative support
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Preferred
Associate's degree preferred or additional business preparation
