Responsibilities

Ensuring exceptional customer service is given to each patient during in person consultations

Support the Sales Consultant in the field with the completion of forms and/or paperwork as a result of consultations and device orders

Collaborate with the Sales Consultant to meet monthly sales and conversion quotas, focusing on in-person demonstrations

Initiate contact, schedule home unit instruction and follow up at 72 hours on all referrals for H-Wave home units assigned by Corporate, the RSD or the Sales Consultant

Confirm appointments and conduct consultations in the field to ensure a smooth sales process and customer satisfaction

Ensure the accuracy of sales activity reports, including daily close-out reports from the scheduling system, focusing on field sales performance

Work independently in the field following directions and established processes, while effectively managing your assigned territory

Maintain a thorough understanding of the company policies, processes, and software to support efficient field sales operations

Model a culture reflective of our core company values during interactions with clients, patients, health care providers and co-workers both in the office and in the field

Other duties as assigned, including tasks related to field sales and customer support

Must reside in the Fresno, CA area

Bilingual in English/Spanish required

Demonstrated ability to meet goals in a rapidly changing environment

Customer Service experience, ideally working with external customers

Ability to forge, expand, and maintain relationships with our strategic partners

Strong oral and written communication skills across various media including phone, video, and email

Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience in anatomy or physiology preferred
