The successful candidate will perform general accounting functions, contribute to process development, and support the development of governance and controls while ensuring compliance with US GAAP.

Responsibilities
Perform and review general ledger accounting activities in accordance with US GAAP
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
Assist in the development and implementation of new accounting processes and internal controls
Support the month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and ensure accurate financial reporting
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Support audits and respond to auditor inquiries
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
5–8 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting
Strong knowledge of US GAAP
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas, etc.)
Experience with Oracle ERP or similar financial systems is a plus
Preferred
Experience in the asset management industry is a plus
Public Accounting experience is a plus
Familiarity with financial reporting tools and data visualization platforms
Experience with investments and/or revenue accounting is a plus
Experience designing or enhancing accounting processes and governance controls
