Create and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam
Support turning, milling, and 5-axis machining operations
Analyze blueprints and CAD models; apply GD&T principles
Select tooling, speeds, feeds, and setup requirements
Design tooling and workholding solutions
Support first article production and shop-floor troubleshooting
Document setups and processes using tooling control sheets
Qualification
Required
2+ years of CNC programming experience with CAM software
3+ years of manufacturing experience (including NPI preferred)
Proficiency in CAD/CAM and Mastercam
Strong understanding of machining practices and CNC setups
High School Diploma or GED (Vocational/Associate Degree preferred)
