Driving profitable growth by building and expanding strong customer relationships within the plumbing industry
Working independently in the field while staying closely connected to a supportive, high-performing team
Taking ownership of your territory, identifying opportunities, and generating meaningful sales results
Meeting and exceeding territory revenue goals, growth targets, and customer engagement metrics
Building instant rapport and long-term trust by demonstrating Reece’s values in every customer interaction
Understanding each customer’s business, challenges, and long-term goals through the Selling the Reece Way approach
Delivering tailored, value-based solutions that support customer growth while expanding Reece’s share of wallet and strengthening account potential
Maintaining a reputation for reliability through consistent follow-through and delivering on commitments
Co-creating future growth opportunities with customers
Managing a territory, tracking performance, and continuously improving outcomes

Required

Minimum 2–3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in plumbing, building products, construction, commercial, or a related trade
Proven success in achieving sales targets, growing accounts, and driving revenue within a defined territory
Experience building and maintaining strong customer relationships with a consultative, solution-focused approach
Valid Drivers License
Attendance – Ability to maintain the scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at the assigned location as specified
Physical Capacities – Lift up to 25 pounds on occasion, sitting and standing for extended periods
Operation of Office Equipment — Job requires operation of equipment common to office settings, including computers, copiers, and other office equipment, including Near Vision, Manual Dexterity, and working in proximity to equipment
Oral Communication Skills – Speaking, Speech Clarity, and Speech Recognition
