Amazon's Global Media and Entertainment (GME) organization is seeking an experienced Senior Planning Analytics/TM1 application developer to support their Finance organization. Responsibilities

Deliver on data architecture projects and implementation of next generation financial solutions leveraging AWS resources (e.g. EC2, RDS, Redshift, Kinesis, EMR, Lambda etc.)
Build and deliver high quality data architecture and pipelines to support GME organization reporting needs
Prepare runbooks, standard operating procedures, tutorials, on best practices for the team
Build and enhance software to extend system, application, or tool functionality to improve business processes and meet end user needs while working within the overall system architecture
Continually improve ongoing reporting and analysis processes, automating or simplifying self-service support for customers
Rotational on-call availability for critical systems support

Required

5+ years of relevant IBM Cognos TM1/Planning Analytics work including system configuration, model building and developing reports or dashboards with TM1 experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field
Experience in IBM Cognos TM1/Planning Analytics work including system configuration, model building and developing reports or dashboards with TM1
Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
Experience in corporate finance including budgeting/planning, forecasting and reporting
Experience working with technical and business stakeholders from global cross-functional teams

Preferred

Knowledge of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application coupled with a good understanding of HR business processes
Experience implementing at least two full life cycle SFDC implementations successfully
Experience in a test-driven and formal QA development environment, including development, staging, production (or equivalent) deployment cycles
Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment
