Krupp Group is seeking a Senior Account Executive VIP to support the Vice President and the bi-coastal VIP Services team in managing celebrity initiatives and client communication. The role involves overseeing junior team members and ensuring effective collaboration while managing VIP coordination and account responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Work with Vice President on client VIP strategies & new business proposals
Attend and speak during client’s calls
Prepare agenda for clients call
Manage and keep constant client communication
Brand approvals for stylists requests
Search for celebrity images on a continuous and frequent basis
Search for product loaned or gifted directly from showroom, in any category
Update and maintain list of sites for searching
Facilitate celebrity requests and returns
Greet stylist and help them pull
All requests should be pre-approved, so you know what brands to offer
Support the team when needed to do sample pulls and check-in sample returns (always for Jewelry)
Handle jewelry pulls with the help of Assistant when needed
Help coordinate weekly celebrity gifting initiatives
Pro-actively work with Director and team to outreach for all upcoming events
Oversee and manage all inventory, with support from Coordinator and Assistant
Make sure the team send out all Jewelry follow up emails daily/weekly
Send out VIP media alerts
Send and manage all related VIP clippings with the team support
Manage monthly and weekly reports
Send to the VP for any input, coordinate with NY teams
Strengthen relationships with stylists and other celebrity influencers
Manage all proper thank yous to stylists, publicists, and others (to be divided by point person)

Qualification

Required

At least 4-5 years of experience of public relations work in the fashion industry, preferably in VIP dressing with agency experience (no internship)
Knowledge of the VIP, celebrity stylist and influencer space
Self-motivated, strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and ability to function effectively in a fast-paced work environment
Strong interpersonal communications skills and excellent writing skills
Ability to manage several clients and meet their needs
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook and familiarity with Launchmetrics and MuckRack
