Responsibilities
Leading the Midwest Region’s Wealth Planning team
Developing and managing a standard planning process focused on efficiency and scalability
Driving growth via planning including the use of thought leadership
Coaching and training Wealth Planning Analysts and Wealth Planners for the Midwest Region of U.S. Bank Private Wealth Management (PWM)
Building strong internal partnerships with PWM colleagues and other leaders to grow planning activity
Improving and scaling planning experience through coordinated delivery and processes
Fostering planner development through best practice sharing and learning opportunities
Qualification
Required
Intricate knowledge of tax, estate and financial planning acquired through 10+ years of experience working in the planning line of business
Proven knowledge of all facets of wealth management, including financial planning, investments, custom credit, and estate & tax planning
Preferred
Strong knowledge of planning procedures, operational workflows, and systems
Effective communication skills together with the ability to collaborate to solve complex issues
Professional designations are strongly desired and may include, but are not limited to: JD, CPA, CTFA, and/or CFP
