Cape Henry Associates, now part of JANUS Research Group, is seeking a Cost Analyst to support the PM C2 Transport program. The role involves performing various cost analysis assignments, developing cost assessments, and providing technical guidance to lower-grade personnel.

Responsibilities

Perform a wide variety of cost analysis assignments in support of the program life cycle cost estimates (LCCE) and program office estimates (POE)

Develop or evaluate cost assessments, cost positions relating to the systems development, demonstration and production approaches

Assess impact on systems and program costs, including analyses of prototype systems

Work with SMEs to develop independent Government cost estimates (IGCEs) that will stand up to Army and DoD level review

Serves as Working Leader to lower-grade personnel and is considered an expert for providing technical guidance and information to meet requirements

Review, assist and mentor lower-grade employee’s work for quality, accuracy of work

Coordinate work efforts with Contract Officer Representative

Serves as an expert for providing technical guidance and information to meet requirements

Required

Candidates must have an active Secret clearance and verify, before applying, that you meet the minimum requirements of the position

Bachelor's Degree; Economics, mathematics, operations research, data analytics or related

Industry level cost estimating certification (e.g. ICEAA, PCEA)

A minimum of eight (8) years preparing and updating cost estimates using ACEIT

Strong analytical abilities required

MS proficiency with Excel required

This minimum experience must be with DoD Program Executive Office (PEO), Project Manager (O6 PM) or Product Manager (O5 PdM) to be considered applicable to this requirement
