Responsibilities
Manage all project documentation
Prepare project schedule and manage deadlines
Effectively communicate project progress to key stakeholders
Update individual project statuses within CRM platform
Professionally communicate with vendors and customers
Participate in and prepare operations meetings
Qualification
Required
Experience with Expediting and Expeditor-related tasks to ensure project timelines are effectively managed
Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Inspection processes to ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications
Logistics Management skills for coordinating materials, equipment, and resources efficiently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members and clients
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Background in the construction or roofing industry is advantageous
Preferred
Bilingual (English & Spanish) is preferred but not required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
