Provide friendly, professional customer service in person and over the phone
Assist customers with buying, selling, and pawning merchandise
Clearly explain loan terms, pricing, and store policies
Process sales, payments, and pawn transactions accurately
Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure showroom
Verify customer identification and complete required documentation
Follow all company policies and state regulations
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Honest, dependable, and detail-oriented
Ability to pass a background check if required
Preferred
Sales or retail experience preferred (but not required)
Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) is a plus
