High-level organizational and leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage accounting teams and projects
Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills
Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and best practices
Preferred
CPA certification preferred
Experience in tax preparation or compliance is a plus
