Translate real-world capital markets behavior (venture, private credit, private equity, institutional finance) into short, clear, decision-ready artifacts
Support structured immersion of government personnel into private-sector capital environments
Help participants understand what actually matters in capital decisions, what does not, and why deals succeed or fail
Operate strictly in an observational and translational capacity
Qualification
Required
Practitioners currently active or recently active in capital markets
Background in VC, PE, private credit, banking, or institutional asset management
Comfortable explaining capital logic to non-finance audiences
Able to work part-time alongside existing professional commitments
Preferred
Prior military service strongly preferred
