Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor Drug Screen Support Staff and Corporate Account Specialists

Partner with Market Managers to support workflows for Workers’ Comp, referrals, and Employer Paid Services

Train market-facing representatives on employer protocols to ensure service accuracy and consistency

Plan, evaluate, and improve clinic processes to drive quality, speed, and service excellence

Develop and distribute communications such as memos, job aids, and updates to ensure alignment across stakeholders

Report on key performance metrics to evaluate progress toward program goals

Collaborate with leadership teams to align strategy, identify opportunities, and share program insights

Support the preparation of reports to track operational performance

Act as a resource and liaison to employer clients, helping ensure a positive and reliable service experience

Promote enterprise-wide consistency in how occupational health services are delivered

Required

Bachelor's degree (required)

Prior experience in healthcare operations or occupational health (highly preferred)

Strong communication and relationship management skills

Comfort with process improvement and operational efficiency

Familiarity with employer services or Workers' Comp workflows is a plus

Valid U.S. driver's license and compliance with local driving laws
