Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of the CRM strategies and team, ensuring they align with business goals
Manage data integrity, lead operational teams, facilitate training, liaise with Salesforce representatives, ensure smooth communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, and work towards continuous operational improvements
Proactively identify and respond to issues, limitations, and deficiencies in the custom application configuration and delivered application software
Research potential solutions and provide recommendations to management
Initiate ideas for functionality and enhancements based on business process improvements
Take the initiative to learn and propose "best practices" and standards to correct or improve business processes as related to application responsibilities
Qualification
Required
6+ years as Product Manager (ideally in Salesforce)
2+ years working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience with UAT Testing
Experience with Jira and MS Projects- Reviewing Jira stories and story boarding completions
Involved in sprint planning, product demos, print demos, and light experience with PI Planning
Preferred
Network Provider experience
