Manage the office duties that include payroll, accounts payable and ordering supplies
Receive incoming calls, filing, ordering, organizing and other general office duties
Assist with catering events as needed, including setup, serve food/beverage, and breakdown
Qualification
Required
Excellent analytical, oral and written skills; Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively and enthusiastically in a time sensitive environment
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related programs
Preferred
Previous experience in customer service/office setting
