They are seeking a Founding Full-Stack Software Engineer to play a critical role in shaping both the product and the engineering foundations of the business, with responsibilities including full-stack product development and maintaining high engineering standards.

Responsibilities
Design and build frontend and backend features across the platform
Own features from initial concept through to production
Deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code
Navigate the full software development lifecycle
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction
Improve engineering infrastructure, tooling, and workflows
Work closely with product and business stakeholders
Translate ambiguous business problems into pragmatic solutions
Balance speed of delivery with long-term technical health
Maintain a high bar for engineering quality
Promote best practices in testing, documentation, and code reviews
Support scalable and sustainable development practices
Qualification
Required
3+ years' experience as a full-stack software engineer
Proven experience building and shipping user-facing products
Strong frontend and backend engineering fundamentals
Comfortable owning features end-to-end (design, build, test, ship)
Experience working in fast-moving startup or early-stage environments
Highly independent and able to operate with minimal structure
Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity
Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
Willing to work onsite in San Francisco
High bar for code quality, delivery, and ownership
Preferred
Experience building and shipping product-led SaaS platforms
Solid grounding in computer science principles
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
