The Payroll Coordinator will support payroll processing for over 700 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance while enhancing the employee experience.

Responsibilities
Assist the Payroll Specialist and Manager with bi-weekly payroll processing for 700+ employees using Paylocity (training provided)
Ensure employee data is accurate and aligned across Central Reach, Paylocity, and HR systems
Support payroll changes such as new hires, terminations, pay rate updates, bonuses, and retroactive adjustments
Assist in auditing PTO, Sick Time, Holiday pay, and other leave balances in coordination with HR
Respond to employee payroll inquiries with professionalism and clear communication
Generate payroll reports for HR, management, and internal use
Assist with payroll reconciliations and data reviews prior to payroll submission
Collaborate with HR, Scheduling, and Clinical Operations to resolve attendance and payroll-related issues
Maintain accurate payroll documentation and handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Provide administrative and operational support to the Payroll Specialist and Manager as needed
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Payroll Assistant or in a similar role is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent administrative and organizational abilities
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred
Bachelor's degree is a plus
