IT Production Support Analyst

Consumer Services

Responsibilities

Deliver Tier 1–2 incident management and act as the escalation point for the IT Service Desk and Production Support teams
Support PC deployment, imaging, mobile device management, and client-side WMS/ERP systems
Follow established change and incident management procedures to maintain a stable, secure computing environment
Partner with vendors to support network, telecom, and AV technologies
Manage and troubleshoot handheld and shop‑floor devices used in manufacturing and distribution
Build strong relationships with business partners and communicate outages, updates, and resolutions effectively
Create and maintain knowledgebase articles and standard operating procedures
Ensure timely ticket resolution, meeting SLA expectations and reducing backlog
Participate in on‑call rotation to support continuous system availability
Plan and execute technology-related projects within scheduled timelines and approved budgets
Support the integration of new client technologies into business processes
Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business priorities

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Advanced proficiency with Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Apple/Android devices
Intermediate experience with Active Directory, MDM systems, Windows Server, and manufacturing technologies such as WMS, OEE, or SPC
Strong troubleshooting skills for handheld devices and shop‑floor IT equipment
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle competing priorities effectively
Capability to work on manufacturing/distribution floors, including occasional use of aerial lifts and lifting equipment up to 50 lbs
Strong teamwork, communication, and relationship‑building skills across diverse groups and departments
Experience with ITSM frameworks, escalation handling, and managing work based on SLAs and KPIs
Ability to support process development, collaborate with Solution Delivery teams, and assist with onboarding and training new employees

Preferred

ITIL certification preferred
3–5 years supporting manufacturing, distribution, or similarly time‑sensitive environments
