Responsibilities
Select, transfer, and load items to Agency networks
Select, transfer, and load items from one security or network domain to another security or network domain
Transfer selected items and load to the correct location on the server, ensuring indexes, metadata, and other supporting information is updated as needed
Document transfer and perform quality assurance for all items transferred
Identify products/data to be transferred and loaded by the requested “effective by” date. Perform quality assurance of all items transferred and loaded including text, images, hyperlinks, metadata, and HTML meta-tags and ensure that all items are properly presented by the web browser
Serve as a final human reviewer of items to be released to the target security/network domain
Ensure appropriate records of data and information transferred are created and maintained
Capture, maintain, and accumulate statistics that show quantities and timelines for products and data transferred from one domain to another domain
Provide weekly status to Content Management & Services Management detailing activities and accomplishments
Ad hoc data transfer requests
Coordination with International Liaisons and Continuity of Operations (COOP) support
Reliable Human Review (RHR) for all networks Legacy products transfers
Info sharing products on Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPR)
Plan, direct, or coordinate transportation, storage, or distribution activities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable government laws or regulations
Submit requirements within Service+ for any compute, storage, database, SharePoint, or Tableau infrastructure provisioning
Qualification
Required
TS/SCI clearance required
Experience as a Storage Administrator
Ability to select, transfer, and load items to Agency networks
Ability to select, transfer, and load items from one security or network domain to another
Experience in documenting transfers and performing quality assurance for all items transferred
Ability to identify products/data to be transferred and loaded by requested effective by date
Experience in quality assurance of items transferred including text, images, hyperlinks, metadata, and HTML meta-tags
Ability to serve as a final human reviewer of items to be released to the target security/network domain
Experience in maintaining records of data and information transferred
Ability to capture, maintain, and accumulate statistics for products and data transferred
Experience in providing weekly status updates detailing activities and accomplishments
Ability to handle ad hoc data transfer requests
Experience in coordination with International Liaisons and Continuity of Operations (COOP) support
Experience in Reliable Human Review (RHR) for all networks Legacy products transfers
