Working closely with Superintendents and fellow team members to ensure accuracy on the job sites and assist in project completion and troubleshooting
Overseeing the field operations on multiple projects
Tracking production quantities, and comparing estimated costs in order to meet or exceed job specifications
Ensuring safety
Supervising field personnel
Communicating effectively with multiple teams
Qualification
Required
8+ years of Concrete Construction experience
High school diploma
Valid driver's license
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Experience in construction, structural concrete, steel/metal building, and wood/post frame building
Demonstrated leadership & coaching experience in a previous work environment
Ability to read and interpret architectural/structural plans, specifications, and drawings
Ability to use an iPad and computer equipment regularly
Team player mentality and the desire to be a part of a successful, hard-working team
Superior time management and technical capacity skills
