Build out and oversee a highly efficient customer-focused operations network
Manage the entire project life cycle of new build expansion
Drive operational efficiencies across a national enterprise
Introduce best practices and professionalize operations
Function as a strategic and tactical business partner alongside the senior executive team
Lead teams and refine processes
Implement systems and manage simultaneous project management of the new build strategy
Qualification
Required
Proven background in multi-location hospitality, retail or healthcare services
Experience in successfully introducing best practices
Experience in professionalizing operations
Functioning as a strategic and tactical business partner alongside the senior executive team
Experience in planning, project management and rapid rollout of an ambitious expansion strategy
Experience leading teams
Experience refining processes
Experience implementing systems
Simultaneous project management of the new build strategy
