Junior Project Coordinator - In-line Inspection
Raise is currently hiring a contract team member on behalf of our client, an industry leader in In-line Inspection. The In-line Inspection Project Coordinator will support field coordination and planning to safely implement ILI programs, requiring extensive communication with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
Coordinate and support field implementation of ILI programs
Act as liaison with Regional Operations, Gas Control, Pipe Integrity, Operations Planning, Commercial Operations, Land, Engineering, and other stakeholders
Supervise and coordinate third-party contractors in the field as required
Manage day-to-day scheduling and coordination with regional teams
Perform technical analyses and prepare recommendations
Conduct preliminary facility inspections to support program design and implementation (e.g., launcher/receiver installations, project scoping)
Track daily costs and schedule manpower
Complete documentation and daily reporting
Provide head office support as needed
Assist with procedure development and contingency planning
Identify and support training requirements for ILI Project Coordination
Provide mentorship to regional ILI Coordinators when required
Qualification
Required
Technical Diploma or Certificate required
Combination of relevant education and experience will be considered
Strong safety mindset and adherence to safety standards
Project coordination and leadership skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred
Progressive operations experience preferred
Experience in pipeline design and construction is an asset
Gas handling, surveying experience, and strong computer literacy are considered assets
