Manager, Project Management - WMUS People Enablement

Responsibilities
Support senior People leaders by aligning people strategies with business priorities and contributing to enterprise-wide talent initiatives
Assist in organizational design and workforce planning activities to optimize structure, capabilities, and performance
Partner with the People Team and Business Units on organizational planning, providing detailed analysis and recommendations
Drive the execution of cyclical people programs across Walmart US, ensuring accuracy and alignment with People priorities
Manage components of key people initiatives such as workforce management, talent reviews, performance and pay planning, associate engagement, and the Annual Operating Plan
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications to ensure high-quality program delivery
Identify issues early and apply structured problem-solving to develop solutions and mitigate risks
Support the integration of AI and digital tools into people processes to enhance talent acquisition, development, and workforce planning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI solutions into systems and workflows, ensuring data accuracy and usability
Conduct workforce data analysis to identify trends and insights, ensuring all deliverables reflect high accuracy and analytical rigor
Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for People leaders
Support dashboard development, reporting, and predictive analytics with a strong focus on precision and data quality
Identify process inefficiencies using data and structured analysis; recommend and support implementation of scalable improvements
Contribute to change management efforts supporting new tools, technologies, and ways of working
Maintain quality controls and governance processes to support accurate execution of people programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years' experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years' experience in project management, business, operations, or related area
1 year's experience working in cross-functional teams
4–6+ years of experience in program management, organizational effectiveness, HR operations, or related roles
Strong data acumen, including the ability to analyze and validate complex datasets and synthesize insights
Exceptional attention to detail with a proven track record of producing accurate, high-quality work
Strong problem-solving skills, including structured thinking and root-cause analysis
Solid project management experience, ideally within agile environments
Ability to partner cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at multiple levels
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
A growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
Preferred
Experience supporting organizational design, workforce planning, or strategic people initiatives
Exposure to AI-driven solutions or digital transformation
Data analytics and project management systems
