Responsibilities
Analyze PASRR and Medicaid business processes and translate policy into system requirements
Work with IDD Services, PASRR staff, and Agile sprint teams
Create user stories, test plans, and UAT documentation
Validate system changes supporting IHSS requests and approvals
Support portal and workflow automation in a regulated Medicaid environment
Qualification
Required
8+ years as a Business Analyst
Strong experience with Texas Medicaid, MMIS/MES, or HHSC systems
Experience with UAT, test planning, and Agile
Experience working with policy-driven government systems
Preferred
PASRR, IDD, or Long-Term Care experience
Experience with LTC portals or Medicaid provider systems
