Responsibilities

Ensure every build meets quality, documentation, and performance standards
Serve as a technical resource on the production floor — guiding other technicians, assisting with troubleshooting, and ensuring best practices are followed
Collaborate closely with leads, engineering, and quality teams to identify build issues, improve processes, and maintain consistency across shifts

Qualification

Avionics experienceTorque tools proficiencyEpoxy applicationsThermal overwraps experienceStart to end buildsTroubleshootingBest practices adherenceTeam collaborationDocumentation skills

Required

Minimum 4 years of experience at the technician level
Must have experience from start to end builds
Must have experience with torquing round connectors
Must have experience with epoxy applications
Familiarity with torque tools

Preferred

Preferred experience with thermal overwraps
Aerospace experience
