Oversee and coordinate several Crew Leads on major structured cabling projects

Ensure adherence to company and customer safety and quality guidelines

Conduct weekly safety meetings and provide performance feedback

Coordinate with Project Manager to maintain productivity and budget compliance

Complete all required project documentation accurately and on time

Perform quality checks, coordinate moves, and prepare red-lined as-built drawings

Serve as the main on-site customer contact and attend construction meetings

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as needed
