Responsibilities
Lead a team of ServiceNow resources for implementation, integration, data transfer, support, and development
Develop and administer technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform
Collaborate with business analysts to develop appropriate technical solutions
Provide architectural and design inputs for ServiceNow implementations
Plan platform upgrades and ensure adherence to best practices
Act as a ServiceNow L3 expert for platform incidents and defects
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
12 years of experience in administration, implementation, and configuration of ITSM solutions in medium to large organizations
8 years of experience with ServiceNow in ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, and Scoped Application solutions
Must have a great hands-on working experience in AI (Artificial Intelligence)
7+ years of experience in IT Service Management
Experience in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, and Architecture-level configurations
Proven track record of leading multiple ServiceNow implementation projects
Strong knowledge of web-based development languages, specifically JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, and CSS
Preferred
ServiceNow Discovery Configuration and Run Book Automation experience
ITIL certification
Experience with Agile/Scrum SDLC processes
