Required

2+ years' experience in managing multi-team/enterprise-wide projects

Understanding of project management best practices

Working knowledge of full project lifecycle/SDLC

Proven ability with problem-solving, process governance, and project completion

Experience with stakeholder, budget, and risk management

Ability to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence

You are a self-starter who identifies, negotiates, and solves problems

Preferred

Experience in working across all areas of business within a modern Agile Software company

Change management skills, i.e., comfortable with ambiguity and constant change, yet able to execute on commitments

Experience working with executive level leadership within an organisation

Possess passion, energy, and enthusiasm to drive results, highly action oriented
