Nightwing seeks a full-time Information Review and Release Analyst for their litigation team to oversee the declassification of documents related to litigation cases and support legal counsel with document organization and analysis.

Responsibilities
Reviews & redacts certain equities within classified documents, records and files in accordance with established standard operating procedures, workflows and policies
Submits requests to the scanning team to scan any documents needed for research
Submits requests to the search team to conduct the initial of search for data relevant to the case
Assists with the training of newly hired search team members, as requested
Collaborates with supervisory client POCs to recommend and implement changes that improves processes, workflows and standard operating procedures
Works an eight-hour shift between 6:00AM -6:00PM, Monday-Friday
Infrequently provides surge support outside of normal office hours for short-fused emergent requests
Qualification
Required
Significant experience (16+ years) with our client and an advanced understanding of Agency equities
Significant experience working with OGAs and is capable of high-level communication with the Office of General Counsel (OGC)
Strong analytical (reviewer), problem solving, and critical thinking skills
Must have excellent communications and interpersonal skills as well as experience working in a collaborative team environment
Must have knowledge of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Privacy Act (PA), Executive Order Mandatory Declassification Review (EOMDR) programs and Executive Order (EO) 13526 directive
Strong knowledge of the intelligence community with an analytical skills background
Knowledge of legal terminology - such as used in the role of paralegal, police enforcement, security or court systems
Strong work ethic
Organizational and time management skills
Strong proficiency in on-line tools such as Word, Excel, and Access, and other required systems to be able to perform the duties
Strong multitasking ability, adaptable, and flexible skills
